1. General Policy
Advantage Plumbing Systems, Inc. ("the Company") strives to provide high-quality plumbing services and products to all customers. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Service Fees & Deposits

  • Service Calls & Diagnostics: Fees for service calls, inspections, or diagnostic visits are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched.

3. Completed Services

  • If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 7 days for review. We will either:

    • Correct the issue at no additional cost.

    • Offer a partial or full refund if the service does not meet agreed-upon standards.

4. Product Returns

  • Unused Products: Unopened, undamaged plumbing materials may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (original receipt required).

  • Special Orders & Custom Parts: Non-refundable unless defective.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

  • Workmanship is covered under a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment; refunds for defective items must be processed through the manufacturer.

6. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash payments may require verification before a refund is processed.

7. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Emergency service calls after work has begun.

    • Labor charges once work is completed satisfactorily.
